What's actually included in the boat price?
Boat & captain, snorkelling gear (vests, fins, masks, snorkels), refreshments on board (water, juice, sandwiches, fresh fruit, Chips Oman), the Daymaniyat protected-area permit for every guest, and an action camera for your guests' memories.
How does the commission actually pay out?
You receive your invoice net of commission — you charge your guest the full retail rate, we invoice you at the partner rate. Reconciled monthly via bank transfer or against a running statement, whichever you prefer.
What if a guest cancels?
48 hours+ before the trip, full refund or reschedule. Within 48 hours we'll always try to reschedule, and a 50% deposit is retained if we can't. Weather cancellations from our side are 100% refundable or rescheduled at no charge.
Can the guest pay you directly?
Yes — the portal has a "Send guest payment link" option that WhatsApps the guest a Paymob link. They pay; you keep your commission; we settle the difference. Or charge your card and bill the guest yourself — whichever flow your business uses.
How do I get started selling?
Apply online, complete the 2-minute partner registration, and a team member will be in touch within one business day. The portal is live the moment your account is activated — usually same day.
Do you provide marketing materials?
Absolutely. Brand-approved photos, videos, and itinerary one-pagers in English and Arabic. We'll send you the kit when you onboard, and refresh it seasonally.
What about Omani vs international guest rates?
Different Daymaniyat permit rates apply to Omani vs non-Omani guests, and to adults vs children. The portal calculates this automatically from each guest's mix and surfaces the right total. No mental arithmetic at the kiosk.
